~Slow Cooked Chicken Enchilada Chili over Rice~

I had some Chicken I needed to use up and lucky for me I received a blog update from Picky Palate this morning!  I was super excited to try it so I ran and put it in my crock pot!  Mmmm...Slow Cooked Chicken Enchilada Chili over Rice...can't wait til tonight!  I did put mine on low instead of high.  We'll see...

I would give you a picture but you know what a crock pot holding food looks like! :)

Morning at MiMi's...

Little Miss Aspen!  It was either laying on the mini trampoline…

or jumping on it all morning! I wish I had her energy!

She loves that thing!  Oh…and having the TV on was a must!  Learning to multi-task at a young age!

Valentine Cupcakes...

I had a fun time making cupcakes for Valentine's Day!  This year we kicked our specials up a notch at the salon!  We added cupcakes to the deal, you know, instead of a box of chocolates!!  Good idea...Bad idea...the decision is still out because I'm not rested up yet from staying up late on the 13th to have FRESH cupcakes for the 14th!  Ask me in a week!  I'm not sure what was more fun...designing the cupcakes OR playing photographer!  Equally fun!

MiMi's "Creatures"

Give me a Wed. afternoon and you never know what I'll do!  I had to wait to do this post until all creatures arrived at their new homes safely!  I stuffed the front pockets with Valentine candy for all of MiMi's crew!

They were super fun to make!  The hardest part was drawing and cutting out my pattern!  Us first born children like everything perfect you know!

We're doing a little "extra" at our Salon this year with our Valentine package specials!  A different kind of "chocolates"....Chocolate Cupcake is one of the assorted 4!  Homemade Chocolate cupcake with a surprise in the middle and Cherry Frosting!  Mmmm....

Who wouldn't want a Manicure~Spa Pedicure~ Massage & 4 Delicious Cupcakes??!!
